British Garden Centres Refund Policy
If you change your mind within 28 days of purchase, we will offer you an exchange or credit note, on the condition that you:
- Have the original, valid receipt.
- The item is unused and returned in its original packaging, unopened and in a re-saleable condition.
All items must be presented at our information desk with an original valid receipt (we can not accept your credit card receipt or bank statement).
We do not accept the following items for return, exchange or credit, except in accordance with your statutory rights. Toiletries, Earrings, Room Sprays, Food, and Gift Vouchers.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights, including your right to claim a refund or replacement where goods are faulty or incorrectly described.
