- Your order will be delivered in a bulk bag on a wooden pallet from the tail lift of a heavy goods vehicle - if you have any access issues please contact us BEFORE placing your order.
- Delivery can only be made to the nearest kerbside/hard standing ground, and both the bulk bag and wooden pallet are non-returnable.
- After you have placed your order, Altico's home delivery team will be in contact to arrange a delivery day. They aim to deliver within 7 working days, subject to availability
- Please be aware, there is a £59 delivery surcharge for the following postcodes: KW, IV, PH, AB, TQ, PL, TR. If you place an order to one of these postcodes, we will contact you after we receive your order to take payment of this surcharge.

- Postcodes in the Highlands & Islands will incur an additional charge. This will be calculated at checkout. Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to Northern Ireland.
