Below information applies to orders placed online

Standard Delivery - £3.99

Available to UK Mainland. This applies to products purchased online. Please speak to your local centre if you wish to place an order with us in-store.

• In normal circumstances, we aim to deliver items marked standard delivery (smaller parcels) within 3-5 working days for orders placed before 11am Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).
• Orders are sent via Yodel or DPD. On the morning of the day of delivery you will receive a delivery window via email or text.
• Orders containing "pre-orders" will be despatched when the order is complete.
• Pre-order delivery dates are estimated, and are therefore subject to change.
• Highlands delivery is available with a surcharge calculated at checkout. Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to Northern Ireland.
• If standard items are ordered with larger items marked Pallet Delivery, the items will be combined with that delivery method.
• Please note that plants are not despatched on Fridays.

*Exclusions apply on heavy or larger items, this will be calculated at the checkout stage and will show as a surcharge.

Garden Furniture and BBQs £600 and over - £35

Available to UK Mainland. Additional charges may apply - these will be calculated at checkout.

• Garden furniture and BBQs worth £600 and over are subject to a £35 delivery charge. Your items will be delivered directly from our warehouse to your address by our preferred 2-man delivery partner, Espace. They will hand deliver to your garden or a ground-floor room in your home as requested.

• You will be contacted by Espace within 72hrs of your order being placed to confirm a delivery date.

• You will then be contacted the day before your planned delivery with a 3 hour time window, and again on the day of delivery when they are 30-60 minutes away from your address.
• Please ensure you provide a telephone number and email address to enable our courier to contact you and avoid a delay.
• Estimated delivery time is 8-12 days from ordering. 
• For bulk compost orders, delivery will be made on a pallet. Delivery is £35 per order. Unfortunately the delivery company will be unable to remove items from the pallet or take the pallet away with them and delivery will be made to the kerbside.
• Please note that your order may be delivered on a very large vehicle, up to 18T and good access will be required. If you are unsure whether a large vehicle can access your address, please contact us BEFORE placing your order.
• Please email the team at enquiries@britishgardencentres.com if you have any queries about the delivery of a large item. We'll be happy to help.
• Orders for large deliveries to offshore islands and parts of the Highlands incur a surcharge. Please contact us for further details.

Garden Furniture and BBQs UNDER £600 - £3.99

Available to UK Mainland. Additional charges may apply - these will be calculated at checkout.

• In normal circumstances, we aim to deliver items within 7 working days. 
• Orders will be sent via Haulways, our pallet courier, or DPD.
• Please note that your order may be delivered on a very large vehicle, up to 18T and good access will be required. If you are unsure whether a large vehicle can access your address, please contact us BEFORE placing your order. Unfortunately the delivery company will be unable to remove items from the pallet or take the pallet away with them and delivery will be made to the kerbside.
