Team Member Delivery Driver Maintenance/Landscape
Part Time – 14.5 Hours Per Week
We are currently seeking a Delivery Driver/ landscaper to join our large Garden Centre Group. The successful candidate will be expected to complete home deliveries so should be physically fit as this is a very hand on role and you will need to handle large and heavy loads.
As part of your role, you will be managing all landscape maintenance tasks with a sense of pride and ownership adhering to established quality guidelines for daily property conditioning.
Planned and supervised landscape maintenance activities according to schedules, standards, and procedures.
Experience in retail is essential to the role as is good customer service.
Full clean driving license essential, must be over 25 for insurance purposes.

The successful candidate will:
Hold a full, clean driving licence.
- Be comfortable driving large vehicles.
- Be experienced in a retail environment.
- Have a friendly and positive attitude, providing a great customer experience at point of delivery.
- Be flexible as some weekend working will be required.
- Have good organisational skills.
Duties will include:
- Loading of customer orders on the van in a safe and timely manner ensuring products are wrapped and secured efficiently.
- Planning of routes beforehand.
- Stock/fixture transfers between stores when required.
- Maintenance and due diligence check of delivery van.
- Ground Maintenance work
- Grass cutting
