Garden Centre Team Member Customer Service
Full Time 38 Hours per week Including Weekends
British Garden Centres are going through a period of sustained growth, and we currently have Customer Service role available, this is to work on the service desk.
Based at Brigg Garden Centre, this is a fast paced and busy environment where you will be working in a small team dealing with customer enquiries, helping & advising the customer and getting them the information they need.
Skills required:
- Excellent communication skills
- Friendly, Approachable & Patient
- Accountable and takes responsibility
- Attention to detail & Accuracy
- Able to work under pressure & prioritise tasks
- Good record keeping
- Good understanding of IT systems, Excellent user skills
Duties will include:
- Reply to customer enquiries via phone and email
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Transferring calls throughout the garden centre
- Answering customer queries at the customer service desk, over email or on the phone
- Using the email system, sticker machine and creating signage
- Using a till, providing customer exchanges and refunds
