Garden Centre Team Leader – Plants
Full Time – 30 Hours Per Week – Including Weekends

As a Team Leader you will lead, inspire, and develop an amazing team and ensuring all customers have a great in store experience. This role is a combination of physically demanding work in all types of weather, assisting customers & maintaining the department.
Plant knowledge a must, previous work within horticulture required.

Duties will include:
Maintain plant area.
Supervising duties including key holder.
Excellent customer service.
Organising team schedules and any staff issues.
Evaluating employee performance and providing training and guidance as needed.
Filling in for absent employees and assisting teams as needed to successfully complete projects.
Ensuring that employees follow company policies as well as health and safety regulations.
Ensuring a high and consistent standard of customer service.
Business compliance in accordance with Health and Safety and food safety laws and regulations.
