Hayes Garden World has now joined the British Garden Centres Family and will be known as Hayes Garden Centre. As of Thursday 17th April 2025 the Hayes Loyalty Scheme and App will no longer be used and will be replaced with the British Garden Centres Family Card.

Q. Does it cost anything to join the British Garden Centres Family Card?
A. No, it is completely FREE to join.
Q. Does the British Garden Centres Family Card have an App?
A. Not at the moment, our Family Card is a physical card.
