A magical evening Grotto experience beneath the twinkling Christmas lights

Wrap up warm, pop on your cuddly Christmas jumper or pyjamas, bring your favourite teddy bear* and join us for an enchanting evening visit to our calm Starlight Grotto.
As darkness falls and Christmas lights twinkle around you, Santa’s elves will welcome you into a cosy festive workshop filled with wonder, excitement and Christmas magic activities.
You’ll journey through the Grotto to meet Father Christmas himself beneath the glow of the festive lights to read a bedtime story. Take your own photographs** to remember the occasion before Santa presents each child with a special gift and personalised message.
To help Santa prepare for your visit, please include your child’s age and a few details about them when booking.
The Starlight Grotto offers all the magic of our traditional Grotto experience with an extra sprinkle of calm evening enchantment, making it the perfect festive treat for families looking to experience Christmas after dark.
Your Starlight Grotto ticket includes:
- An evening group Grotto experience, with arts and crafts, bedtime stories and meeting Santa and his team
- A special gift from Father Christmas
- Up to two accompanying adults per child ticket
*Come dressed in your cosiest Christmas pyjamas with your favourite teddy bear if you’d like to make your experience extra magical. This is not mandatory.
Sessions have limited capacity, so advanced booking is recommended.
