The classic Christmas adventure with Santa and his elves
Please note: This is a group Grotto experience.
Step into a world of Christmas magic and make unforgettable festive memories with a visit to Santa’s Grotto. From the moment you arrive, Santa’s cheerful elves will be waiting to welcome you into their magic workshop, where they need a helping hand preparing for the festive fun.
Your journey will then lead you all to the Grotto itself, where you’ll meet Father Christmas, listen to some of his tales and enjoy a magical moment together. Don’t forget to bring your camera, as you’ll have the opportunity to take your own photos with the man in red.*
Rudolph’s magic chimney will have a special present waiting for Santa to gift to every child, along with a personalised message from the Naughty and Nice Book. To help Father Christmas prepare for your visit, please include your child’s age and a few details about them when booking.
To make the occasion even more memorable, a special Photobooth experience will also be available to purchase on the day.
Your Grotto ticket includes:
- A festive Group Grotto experience, with singing & dancing, arts and crafts and meeting Santa and his team
- A special gift from Father Christmas
- Up to two accompanying adults per child ticket
Sessions have a limited capacity, so advanced booking is recommended. Please complete all additional booking information before purchasing your tickets to help us make your child’s visit as magical as possible.
