Make magical Christmas memories in a calm, relaxed and welcoming environment with our Quiet Grotto experience.
Designed for children who may find traditional Christmas attractions overwhelming, our Quiet Grotto offers a more comfortable visit while ensuring all the festive magic remains.
On arrival, you’ll be welcomed into a quieter Grotto setting by Santa’s elves, before enjoying a relaxed one-to-one meeting with Father Christmas. You’ll have plenty of time to chat with Santa, take your own photographs* and receive a special gift chosen just for you.
To help Santa prepare for your visit, please include your child’s age and a few details about them when booking.
Our Quiet Grotto sessions are specially designed to provide:

- Reduced visitor numbers
- A calmer atmosphere
- A more relaxed pace
- A personalised visit with Santa
Sessions are limited to a small number of children to help create the most comfortable experience possible.
