This is an adapted Grotto designed for children with Autism or additional needs who may find our usual Grotto overwhelming.
To help avoid stress or anxiety for children and their families, the following changes have been made:
- No queues on the day.
- Significantly reduced number of people in the grotto area.
- A tailored, one-to-one experience with Santa in a relaxed, quiet environment.

To forever capture the magic of the day, you can also purchase a special Photobooth option for an additional cost on the day.
Tickets start at £19.99, and include an activity trail, Grotto experience and a present for your child.
All our Grotto sessions have limited numbers. A child ticket cannot be purchased without an adult ticket.

** This year, under our brand-new ownership, Santa’s Grotto at Hayes Garden Centre will be as you have previously enjoyed; with 1:1 family sessions with Santa himself. To keep the magic truly personal, all guests (including adults) will need their own paid ticket to join the experience.
