Create your little one’s very first Christmas memories with our Baby & Toddler Grotto experience.
Perfect for younger children and families during quieter weekday periods, this gentle festive adventure offers all the magic of meeting Father Christmas in an experience designed especially for little visitors.
After being welcomed by Santa’s friendly elves, you’ll make your way into the Grotto to listen to Christmas tales, meet Father Christmas and enjoy time together as a family. There will be plenty of opportunities to take your own photographs* and capture those precious first Christmas moments.
Santa will have a special age-appropriate gift ready for every child, along with a personalised message. Please include your child’s age and a few details when booking to help Santa prepare.
Your Baby & Toddler ticket includes:
- A festive Grotto experience tailored to younger children
- A special gift from Father Christmas
- Up to two accompanying adults per child ticket
Sessions have limited capacity and are designed to provide a relaxed, family-friendly experience for our youngest visitors. Please complete all additional booking information before purchasing your tickets to help us make your child’s visit as magical as possible.
